Customer Service is our #1 goal. Upon delivery, we set-up
and level your building. Due to the possibility of your ground and the block settling, we will even come back to your
location one time for free and re-level your building if needed. If your ever have a roof
leak in your building, we will come to your location and fix the leak. There are cheaper buildings out there, but no one delivers

We offer a variety of building material options, such as, lifetime warrantied
aluminum siding, 29 gauge steel, T-111 siding, and vinyl siding as well. We can build any size and any style to
suit your needs. We are also able to build on our location and deliver to you or we can build on your site. We are Chattanooga's
only local manufacturer of aluminum buildings. We are customer oriented and strive to meet all of your needs.

We have a variety of portable building and office sizes beginning in an
8 x 8 all the way up to a 20 x 24. We can deliver any size in between and build even larger on your site. Our
portable buildings are placed on 4" x 6" pressure treated skids. Floor joist are 2x6, (2x4 on smaller buildings) and all are
16" on center. They have 3/4" tongue and groove AdvanTech flooring. This flooring has a 50 year warranty and will not
seperate or expand. The walls are framed with 2 x 4 walls 24" on center. The standard storage building comes with
one 48" x 76" door. Other door sizes are available and all buildings come with at least one window standard. We
can build any building to suit your needs and preferences. We are also able to insulate the buildings, install 1/4"
wood paneling as well as commercial floor tile depending on your needs.
We offer Metal Building Systems in a variety of sizes. These products
use heavy-duty 2" x 3" rectangular galvanized steel tubing for years of maintenance-free rust-resistant service.This galvanized
has been treated with an environmental friendly, organic zinc rust exhibitor called WEATHERGUARD. You can be rest assured
that your building will be attractive and rust-free for many years to come. We offer mandrel bent components as
opposed to a crushed bend, resulting in more strength, and our welding components allow us great versatility to meet your
needs. These can be finished in a variety of colors and trims to suit your taste. We have custom widths, lengths and heights
to meet your needs and will build all of these products on your location. We can install these on the ground, on gravel, on
asphalt or a concrete pad. These are all engineered to meet and exceed local wind and snow loads.
